Congratulations to Brandy Cohen, Senior Designer at Plain & Fancy Chicago, for creating the award-winning DreamHome kitchen. The design was recently chosen as a Local Winner in the Sub-Zero / Wolf Kitchen Design Contest.

To create a truly dreamy setting, Brandy outfitted the room with Plain & Fancy Austere style cabinetry finished in a custom gray enamel. The serene finish complements the black crackle treatment Brandy selected for the island, which she topped with polished Imperial Danby marble. These well thought out selections harmoniously create a truly transitional kitchen that mixes both the old and the new.

Though a picture is worth a thousand words, a visit to the Merchandise Mart's DreamHome is well worth the trip. Open now through December 15, 2013, Monday–Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm.
